Our Credit and Collection Department is well established and supported by state of the art computers and telecommunication based resources for its operation. Our employees comply with a strict code of ethics and applicable state and federal laws in their day to day operations. We have a proven record of success in representing creditors in the health care industry and a variety of other credit grantors and vendor affiliates for many years. We also represent vessel owner creditors for necessary supplies through in rem and
in personam actions.
